School Holiday Program - April
 Young Filmmakers Workshop
Are you between the ages of 13 - 15?
Would you like to make a short film?
For the first time ever AFTRS Adelaide will open its doors to creative and talented young people to participate in this exciting workshop.You will be guided by industry professionals to make a short film.Students will be exposed to a range of film making styles and techniques and learn how to create stories by combining moving images, voice, sound effects and music. Participants will work as part of a creative team to produce a short film.

Short Courses
All about Continuity
March 9 - 10
This two-day course will explore the role of continuity both in pre-production and on-set. It will cover timing of scripts, shots and scenes, slates, reports, keeping track of hair, wardrobe set and prop continuity, working with stunts and mutli-camera shooting, etc.
Final Cut Pro Basics
March 11 - 13
Final Cut Pro is Apple's most popular and powerful video editing application. This three day course covers everything you need to get started with Final Cut Pro.
Fundamentals: How to be a successful First Assistant Director
March 18 - 19
This 2 day course is targeted at industry professionals wanting to learn the fundamentals of being a First Assistant Director.
Designing the Location - with Rob Webb

This one-day seminar will concentrate on the role of the design department in selecting and dressing locations.
