Citizens and customers of Townsville City Council (TCC) will soon enjoy better quality and quicker response times to their questions through the implementation of livepro®, a cloud-based knowledge management solution.

This is the first time livepro® will be adopted into a city council, but with the ability to share knowledge between councils with livepro®, it is likely not the last.
