A-Z’s of Knowledge Management

What do tacit knowledge, corporate amnesia and artificial ignorance really mean? If you’ve ever had trouble getting your head around the language of Knowledge Management (KM), you’re not alone. That’s why livepro® has introduced their new Glossary to explain some of the terms you may come across while exploring the field of Knowledge Management.

Have we missed any? Let us know what other terms you would like to see defined and we’ll add them to the glossary!

Introducing the quiz
The quiz is a great tool for testing staff knowledge and ensuring they are up-to-date on new developments. With the quiz you can create, distribute and monitor multiple-choice tests to targeted recipients.

Here are a few ways the quiz can be used:

  • Conduct internal votes or opinion polls
  • Assess understanding of a change or new initiative
    • Discover knowledge gaps in subject areas or staff members
    • Test comprehension of applicable legislation and regulations
    • As a fun engagement tool for social events and awards

How have you used the quiz in your organisation? Send us your stories and we'll share them on facebook and twitter with the livepro® knowledge community.
